Meizu M6 vs Sandisk Sansa vs iriver X20
Which one should I buy?
I dont know if im mad keen on the meizu as apprently it has reliabilty issues, so may not be a great idea. The x20's GUI seems a bit drab and boring and the player looks really big. The Sandisk Sansa is a bit old and boring looking. But other than that there 3 excellent players, i think the X20 or the Sansa are leading (the external speakers on the X20 would be cool, but it doesnt have drag and drop (either does the Sansa but would rockbox it straight away. What do you think? What shoudl i buy and why? |

Of the three .... I'd probably go for the iRiver.
Depends what you want out of it though. Don't know much about the Meizu (never heard of them TBH). Looks OK, nice screen if you want to use it for video, for the firmware sounds buggy. Firmware is often an issue with smaller manufacturers but you do usually get a lot for your money. The Sandisk is nice, but video handling is limited. (Does Rockbox improve it?) The Iriver looks the best all-rounder of the three. You might also want to have a look at the Cowon iAudio 7 .... it's in about the same bracket as those three. Smaller screen but better audio quality than all three and the best battery life on the market as far as I'm aware. |

the meizu has been knocked of the list. There is currently tonnes of problems with it and its reliabilty. Just what i dont need!
I only have about £120 so it limits me to the X20 or the sandisk. Its the Sansa e280 id be looking at. The X20 is a bit big i think and doesnt have drag and drop, other than that its the perfect player, but i dont know due to them reasons! |

No ... the X20 is UMS so will accept drag and drop transfer.
It's a bit bigger than the Sandisk but it's hardly huge. Oh .... and the iAudio 7 starts at approx £100 for the 4gb and £130-£140 for the 8bg ..... |
