My uncle has one and we cant seem to set it up correctly with a widescreen source. The best option seems to have the picture stretched vertically cutting small amounts from the top and bottom, like it was stretching out a 14:9 picture onto the screen.

I have had a 28"
for four years - virtual dolby etc etc. and find it great. It cost £100 to replace a LOPTx (?) a month or so ago, but apart from that it has been as good as gold. Go for it! |

I have had the 24" Widescreen for a few months now, and absolutly love it! it has excellent sound - virtual dolby etc, is great to use and it just looks the dogs, best looking 24" Widescreen in my opinion.
Hope this helps - go on buy it!! Steve |

I've been looking at widescreen TVs in different retail stores and Thomson seem to outshine Sony, Toshiba and Panasonic.
