I know exactly what you mean, rayofsunshine. I felt extremely uncomfortable during that whole scene because I was with my 6-year-old son. Our seats weren't the greatest, so he likely didn't pay too much attention to the (lack of) costume, but still.... Given that the show was written with children in mind, you'd think that they would make parts of it more appropriate for children of all ages.

I did not find that Lee did not interact with the audience I had the theatre glasses glued to my eyes and watched his face intently when it was appropriate he did look at the audience, its just that most of the time he was acting out his character to the other members of cast.

I loved the beginning of the megamix where Lee dances with the cast he was fantastic, but then leaves to change.
I wanted to see him return to dance some more, he didn't.
