Can anybody help recommend a VCR which is both NTSC/PAL compatible, most importantly for recording from DVD in NTSC format to video. Its the 60Mhz problem with NTSC to PAL.

In most cases you cannot record DVDs using a Video Recorder as the signal is corrupted when trying to record as a copy prevention method.
