Ipod headphones

Well i got my ipod in Feb time.

Its been great but the left headphone has developed a fault. Its really crackly most of the time and others its not but really quiet sound with no base.

What would happen if i took it back to pc world?
Do you think they will do anything?

I really like the apple ones that come with it. So i dont want any other brand even if they do sound better

Thanks
Adam.

Apple will replace them if it's under warranty but you can also get them dirt cheap off ebay , there's a reason for that though it's because they are crap . Personally i'd get some Sennheisers or Koss headphones also reasonably cheap but much better sounding ( and white !)

You have to go onto this website, enter your credit card details, then they send you out a new pair, and an empty envelope to send the broke ones back in. Why not just buy some better ones?

best thing you could do sound quality wise is to spend a few quid on some proper 'in ear' earphones and up the bit rate of your music when you convert it to 192.

for as little as £15 you can get some decent headphones.

you should notice the difference and not have to have your ipod turned up as loud - less of the sound escapes.
