hi there guys, i have an interview 2morro for the new waitrose in windsor, i have been told that the interview is a group one and it will last two hours.

i was wondering if anyone has been to a waitrose interview and if you have what happens in the interview.

also is there anyone working for waitrose, if so what are they like to work for?

Ok, I was just curious. That's some interview.
I've only had good experiences at Waitrose/John Lewis, so they must be doing something right.

Do you get part of the shares with Waitrose?

i also have had good shopping experiences with waitrose, the people in there seems so nice.

In Asda first interview to weed out anyone not caple of doing the job, can last up to 3 hrs, which includes tasks, team building, and questionaire

which after first interview comes the interview one to one where they decide if you have got the job

You will probably introduce yourself, then the people interviewing will tell everyone what's going to happen, and you'll probably be put into teams and set small tasks and then they can see how you do, then the best people will be shortlisted.
