Im just asking your general advice really. Around 4 months I moved, and I transferred my homechoice service from my old address to my new address - problems problems problems - I wont go into details because I had so many problems. But, now, 4 months on, Tiscali still havent charged my £5 in any of the months for the anytime calls - they have however taken the call charges for calls made to premium and national rate numbers (0845 0870 etc). I phoned tiscali tv last month to try to sort out the problem, I cannot afford to pay it all in one lump sum so I wanted it sorted really. The CS rep called my back the next day to confirm that the anytime calls package had been re-added to my account and that I should now be charged for the service from this point on. Anyway, this months bill has come through, and still no charge for anytime calls.
I am going to e-mail tiscali, I am not going to bother with the useless telephone reps and having to pay for the privilidge of useless knowledge. If I do not receive an e-mail back or the charges still do not appear on my bills, what do you think I should do? I do not want to have to pay a big bill when I leave tiscali, or a few months down the line etc - hence I want it sorted ASAP really.
