Sony KDL32U2000U (32" Widescreen LCD TV )

This model is available at Richersounds for £450. So 3 questions:-

1. Is the model any good?

2. Is Richersounds any good?

3. Is £450 a fair price?

I'd really appreciate any answers/comments/experiences

Can't comment on the TV. But..

Richersounds are OK, I have know people who have bought from them with no problems.

£450 seems a good price for that model, after doing a quick check on other sites.

I once wrote to Julian Richer about poor service I had received at the Holborn branch, and got a fullsome one page letter of apology from the man himself. I thought that was customer service! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I've used Richer Sounds for years and never had a single issue with them.

The U series is the bottom of the range Sony, certainly that's a good price though - although I would imagine it's a graded set? - Richersounds are well known for selling graded sets and discontinued models.

The U sets are currently in short supply, so any discounts on new sets are really unlikely?.
