Is your memory full?
Make sure the phone is set to automatically download MMS messages. Do you get any messages or errors on screen? |

So have you checked the phone is set to download messages? When you say unable to receive mms, what do you mean? Does nothing happen at all? Or does the phone display anything?

If you have received the message you sent, but not from your friend then the problem lies with your friend or their network.
It has been reported on here before that Virgin occassionally has trouble with receiving messages from other networks. You're friend needs to phone their network and you need to phone Virgin and CLEARLY explain what is happening. |

Do you know anyone else with a Virgin phone? If so put your SIM card in their phone and see if you can receive a message. If you can then the problem is with your phone. If not then there is something wrong somewhere at Virgin.
You will have to call them, explain what has happened and what the chap at Virgin has already done. Or you could take your phone into a Virgin store and ask them to have a look. It must be very frustrating for you, i hope it gets sorted soon. |
