BT broadband talk delay in connecting call
Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone else has a problem that when you answer a call there is around a 5 seconds delay before the other side can hear me. I tried using the hub phone and also a standard dect phone and they both have the same problem. Just wondering if there is any solution to this. Thanks! |

My Hub phone does this as well, both on BB Talk and PSTN calls. I have to wait until I hear it 'click' until I speak. Don't know a way round it though!

Same here. It was a little annoying at first but you soon get used to it.
My business line was recently converted to IP [Cisco handset] and it's pretty much the same. In fact delays on outbound connections are often much longer than BT Broadband Talk. |
