Welcome to the forum. Can you try to explain a bit more clearly what is happening?

Thanks for you response
I will try to explain , I use my phone (nokia 6280 /vodafone) , I go online to purchase a game or ring tone, when requested I accept the download and it commences loading then it stops and I get invalid application shown on my phone. Is this because my phone is not set up correctly. It started to load the game were the preinstalled games are. TX Polly |

I see, this sounds like a problem with Vodafone. Put simply, they are sending you a version of the game for another type of phone. I would phone them and explain what is happening. Good luck with it, I hope its sorted soon.

Its been a while since I used one so I'm a bit hazy but I think you press 'options' when in Applications.

Customer Service. You need to phone Vodafone about this.

Thanks, Vodafone were very helpfull. They asked me to do a couple of thing which made no difference. They then sent me a return package, after 3 days my phone was retured with updated software, problem solved.
