A young member of our family has been given a Nokia 3510i phone , i know its old but its his first phone so its enough to start with.
How do i get it to show the name of incoming calls rather than just the number ( i know they need to be in the phone's Phone Book). e.g I'd like it show "home" rather than the number if we try to ring.
Help please.

You just put the number in the phonebook. But make sure it is in there just once, otherwise the phone wont know which name to show.

Beware that that phone allows the SIM and the phone to store the phone numbers. There is an option in the phone settings to enable SIM/Phone/Both, the number may be stored in both the SIM and the phonebook (particularly if the user has copied the whole book from the sim to the phone.

99% of the time this is caused by duplicate numbers.
