For some reason, I haven't been able to access WAP on o2 for the past week or so. I was a Genie customer and everything was working fine, but now I just get "check operator services"

Have they changed something I haven't heard about?

You can get the correct settings by going here.

Try clearing the phones Cache too mate, that sometimes helps when it wont connect.

Tried both the above already sadly.

I always clear the cache after I use it and I had the OTA settings sent to my phone, but it wouldn't even attempt to connect then - looking at the settings compared to my existing ones and it seems half the info is blank - username, ip, dial up (I tried entering 915000 as it was).

Any other suggestions would be welcome, thanks

Cheers for that Nitram, I got the missing bits I needed and it's working again now. Kinda annoyed that o2 never informed me of any change though - grr!

I used the info, but kept the 915000 short code number - as that's what was quoted years back as my free access number (so to be on the safe side).

Probably a safe bet. I had the other number set up for a while and o2 managed to mess it up and charge me for the wap calls! They sorted me out the following month though.
