It appears that after coming from holiday on Saturday, my Tiscali Tv did not work. Called them up and positively advised that it will work in the afternoon. Called numerous times until today, same problem no concrete answer and still with out tv. Anyone same problem? I am very mad. I tried to call 1 hr ago and was on hold for 18 mins and gave up.

Yes - Furious!!! Missed all of the weekend's live football. After all the usual promises CS today finally admit they don't know when it will be back on.

I spoke again and they advised me that to call the billing dept and ask for a refund as this disruption was NOT a one off. This is an intermittent pridicament since beginning of July. So it has gone over 2 months albeit few hours or a day. I suggest we ask for refund in greater numbers so that they will feel the public's furor. Hope in that way we can get atleast something.

the unusual problem is that nothing works but the Free OD works and few others maybe. Anyway I had enough with the tele for now.
