I have had the box for 6 weeks. I only have a sky reciever and no arial input. All was fine for a while and all the guide updated regularly overnight but for the last 10 days I have not been getting the guide info. I have tried resetting everything but no luck. The unit switches the sky box over to Eurosport ok but thats as far as it gets. Any ideas?? Thank you

Not sure if your problem is the same as mine Dave. My HXD870 digital EPG doesn't automatically gather all Freeview channel listings as it should. Frequently I will have the listings for BBC 1 today and a few scattered listings for others but nothing for the next few days. I can cure this by doing a SEARCH, ALL and this populates the EPG. Is there a setting I'm missing to get the box to do this automatically? Anyone? Thanks.
