T-Mobile Flext query (old allowances!)

Can anyone let me know if the 'call charges' on Flext after the recent changes are the same as they were, say a month or two ago? They're currently listed on the TM website as 20p out of allowance per minute for voice calls, 10 p texts, 10p/minute voicemail and 20p/pic messages. I'm only asking because over the last couple of weeks my allowance usage seems to have ramped up with no discernable increase in use as far as I can recall.

No-one else has access to my phone and on checking my itemised calls, the amounts seem to tally at approximately the above rates. If these rates have increased as part of the flext changes and been applied to existing customers then that's surely wrong!

They have always been 20p to local/national/tmob/other networks including voicemail, sms sent to uk mobile 10p, non uk mobile 20p...you wouldnt have been moved to new version unless you requested a price plan change OR upgraded?

I upgraded, but was told as I was not changing my price plan, I have not moved onto the new version. They have just addded the free evening and weekend calls and removed my 25% go direct discount. All other charges remain as they were.

Yeh I was in this afternoon and it appears they have had a rethink about it, you do afterall remain on this price plan unless your a new connection.

Hi sorry to hijack this thread but can I just check - if I upgrade my Flext at the end of my 18month contract with Tmobile will I move onto the new conditions i.e. have to pay for voicemail calls etc?

Thanks

No, it appears now you can remain on the current version so long as you make sure they keep you on it by requesting it!

The 25% Go Direct Dicount for life should be exactly that, a discount for life. When I signed up to T-Mobile 17 months ago, the offer clearly stated discount for life and that you could change tariff (in fact, it said every six months they would review my usuage which is rubbish as the first six months I hardly used it and I didin't get my tariff changed). Anyway, surely moving tariffs to Flext 35 with free evening and weekend calls should still entitled you to the 25% go direct discount? They'll probably say that was a promotional tariff (I know it's been withdrawn) but I don't remember the 25% Go Direct discount saying it was only available on standard Flext Tariffs.
