Mobile outlet 12 month cashback deal
I saw this deal on mobileoutlet. U600 12 month contract with full 12 month cashback.
http://www.themobileoutlet.co.uk/han...&txtTariff=145 Has anyone used them for cashback? Does it look like a good deal or a catch somewhere? Thanks

NEVER buy from a place like this. ALWAYS buy from the network, whether it be online or instore. These other places always cause hassle.

Thanks guys, I will look into this company. I suppose word of month ecommendations help as well and I haven't had any about this post, so it's not looking promising

I sent off my first bills to The Mobile Outlet back in October 2007 and I'm still being given the run around. I received a text to say all was in order and a later e:mail apologising for the delay.
They have now promised to send my cashback cheque this week so I'll wait and see but I have a bad feeling aboutthis company. I've already sent off the second batch of bills by recorded delivery so we'll see. I had a cashback deal with the Carphone Warehouse and that was problem free so I think the best advice is to deal with a reputable well known company. |

The Mobile Outlet is just the latest in a long line of cash-back companies that have gone bust. :-
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/investi...9520-20326675/ Simple mathematics should tell you that these schemes will never work if more than a small percentage of people claim their money back. They are just another form of pyramid selling. |

I just don't get how people can be so gullible as to use monkeys like that.

i used to work in the redemptions department for carphone warehouse and also a sister company called e2save. carphone warehouse because after a while they took away the time limit in which you had to claim, you eventually did get your money however with e2save it was a scam. you had to send in your 4th bill, it stated just that in the terms and conditions, your 4th bill. however say for example you took your contract on the 31st jan, e2save still count that day as a month, therefore would want the march bill, even tho you obviously would never hav recieved a bill in jan. you needed to get this in within 30 days of recieveing your bill...which obviously by the time you waited on ur actual 4 th bill thinkin it was april you had missed ur chance. it also depended on your network provider which way they issued the bills. i used to spend my whole 8 hours arguing that it wasnt a scam and you should have read the ts and cs as there was a table showing the bills needed to be sent in. however it was very misleading and was a scam! o how i enjoyed that job!!!
as someone said your better taking contracts directly from the networks! |
