I haven't found anything worse than a hair.

My friend recently found a large fingernail in a biscuit.

Part of a fingernail in a ready meal. Put me off ready meals for ages.
(Horse in comparison is a nice treat)

I once found a dead beetle in a peach melba yoghurt - it was in my mouth before I realised, then when it rolling about my mouth a thought "this feels a bit big and hard to be a bit of peach" - took it out thinking it was maybe a bit peach stone, but it had wee legs and a hard shell.

I still can't really bring myself to eat yoghurts with bits...

Toenail in soup - i only realised during the chewing process so felt really sick afterwards when I pulled it out and realised what it was!

sister in law found a pube in her Greggs macaroni pie - "found" in the way she had to pick it out of her mouth!

Not as bad as finding vermin in food but I bought chicken with green pepper and chili from a takeaway which came with a stone. I only knew it was there when I nearly broke me effin tooth!
