Panasonic LCD TX-32LMD70 bust
Really pleased to buy this TV - worked fabulously for 6 weeks then just stopped altogether - checked all the usuals - plug, fuse, wall sockets. Purchased from Comet who sent an engineer 4 days later - couldn't sort it so took it away in his car - without any packaging which was offered! I have to call Comet in 2 weeks time to see if it's been fixed. What does anyone else reckon to this kind of service for goods which cost in excess of £500?

Comet will have given you a commitment date, which is when a solution will be offered by.
Very unusual to find a faulty Panasonic LCD though... |

Problem was ...
Comet were unable to repair it - apparently it was the PCB. Just thought I'd mention it for all you fixit guys. No problems getting a full replacement from Comet. |
