I know what it stands for but what is the Power of Veto? Like what does it do. Say one of the housemates who was up for eviction got it (say Jameka). Could she use it to put someone else up and save herself?

Regards

POV allows the housemate who wins it to "veto" one of the nominations. The HOH then has to pick another person to nominate instead.

The Winner of the Golden Power Of Veto can veto one of the two people on the chopping block. By winning the POV you are safe if you decide to use it and cannot be put up for nomination as the replacement nominee.

The Head of Household chooses the replacement nominee not the POV holder.

Don't forget how important it is at final four. If one of the nominees wins it and uses it on themselves, they'll be the one to choose who is evicted. If the HOH wins and doesn't use it, the remaining person will choose the evictee.
