Mirai LCD problem
RudeDog

Has anyone who owns a Mirai LCD TV ever had a problem with their remote stop working?

Ive had my 32" Mirai for about 3 months, its been great no problems but last night the remote decided to stop working. The only thing that works is the standby button which is wierd.

I have changed the bateries, still doesnt work. Also my virgin media remote was linked to my tv so i could use that for the volume and that wont change the volume now either. It did work for a few seconds earlier tonight but stopped again

I thought it may be the sensor but if it was then the standby button wouldnt work but it does.

Has anyone came across this before and if so know what the problem could be or if its fixable before I ring up about it

cheers

Does the TV have a "reset" option?

No, cant see any reset option on the tv. It worked again last night for around 30 mins then just stopped again. Its strange.

Would any interference possibly make it do this?. for example somthing in my house or next door interfering with the signal or somting?
