Any ideas how much it would cost to get it fixed, or indeed how to do it myself? opened it up and thought i found the problem but it didnt work. plays fine, just stopped connecting to the screen.
Unless its an expensive player, its probably not worth the cost of repairing it - small units like these can be quite time consuming to repair (assuming that the parts are available in the first place) and therefore the labour charge could well outweigh the cost of a new machine.
