u600 screen fault

I have had my u600 for around 2 months now but over the past week or so, when i slide my screen up, the screen goes distorted & changes colour, either sepia or like a camera film negative & the writing goes mirror imaged & the writing which is supposed to be at the top off the screen moves down to the bottom, making it really difficult to use. what's wrong?

went to phones for you but all they said was download software from samsungs site but all i found was the software for the cd you get with the phone
