Virgin mobile problem
Hi,
All my family have Virgin Mobile PAYG phones and for the last few days we have been having some problems ringing eachother, or from a landline to mobile. It just shows them as being engaged even though they are not or goes straight to voicemail. Text messages seem unnafected though. I tried phoning Virgin to ask if theres a fault here but it wont let me get through to them with any of our mobiles. Anyone experiencing the same? Steve. |

T-Mobile
No not had this problem.
It sounds like a problem with T-Mobile's network, Virgin uses the T-Mobile network, incomming calls are directly routed through T-Mobile, I would suggest contacting Virgin Mobile on 0845-6000-789 from a landline. It might be a problem in your area. Although I did have problems making outgoing calls, when I tried to make a call,my phone wouldn't allow it, it just let me made calls to 789. But no other problems since! |
