Push message spam?
Are you talking about unsolicited marketing SMS and Service Messages? |

if it is a PUSH message then you will not be able to reply to the message, you will only be able to delete them. You can call orange and see if there is an NUA associated to the message and try to stop the messages however if not then most handset have a function to stop push messages in the text message settings and MMS message settings.
