Remote codes and instructions

I've uploaded scans of instructions on programming the remote and also the published remote codes:

There are probably other codes that have since been identified... 005 for LG springs to mind. Any more out there?

Do I have to do something (like log in) to see these photos at a readable size? Perhaps you should see if your new office scanner comes with some OCR software too...

EDIT: Ah, logged in and found the sizes button. Was that there before?!

I tried TextBridge Pro but the light grey text in the booklet made it difficult to scan/read and produced so many errors that it was unusable

Anyone else got any remote codes not in the manual?
