Standard letter really
state her name, registered address, date,
mobile number and "Please end my contract relating to mobile number (x) 30 days from when you receive this letter"
Many Thanks
Mrs Marky

Do make sure she signs it and send it to:

Disconnection Dept
Vodafone LTD
PO BOX 549
Banbury
OX17 3ZJ

Can you tell that I used to work for Voda retention/cancellations lol??

Ok, if you send it +40 days away from the end your contract you will receive an early termination letter, that is where one must pay any months line rental owing until the end of your contract.
Best off changing plan down to £20 per month inc vat then calling retentions and request a pac, that way you dont pay VAT on your months owing

Come see your daddy lol
