o2 PAYT
Hi,
I have just left a Vodafone staff plan after switching jobs and have gone to o2 PAYT until the SE K850i arrives at the Carphone Warehouse. I am using the sim in the Sam u600 at the min and everytime I send a text I get an annoying tone and a message showing my balance. I find this highly annoying, is there anyway to stop it? Cheers |

Call o2 customer services and ask them to turn the balance alerts off.

alerts
You can turn it off from your phones menu options.
Just go into settings look for credit/balance settings, this may also be Call duration and Call register and look for 'Credit information' or 'credit alerts' or Balance alert/Reminder'. Then just turn it off. |

Pr go to the O2 website and email them. They usually reply asking like how much you last topped up by and how you did it and 3 numbers you call/text regularly and once you've told them this they'll turn it off. It is extremely annoying most people I know hate the balance alerts.
