Same here, though as the alternative to SCD is X-Factor I expect that I will watch SCD every week.
This year I'm not remotely interested in any of the celebs, and feel almost cheated that there is no-one for me to support.
I didn't watch series 1, but ever since I've had a person picked out to support. Aled, Bill, and last year Matt - though I thought he was such rubbish in his first dance that I immediately became a Rampant.
(I know that we sometimes have the most bizarre and illogical reasons for supporting people, so to not be able to find any reason whatsoever for any of the celebs is really strange.)

Give them a chance! Let them dance first before deciding! That should make the first and second week of SCD really exciting to watch, no?

Fair comment, and I'm not saying that I won't end up liking some of the celebs' dancing, but because I don't have anyone to support I also don't have that 'It's Strictly, don't speak to me for the next 90 minutes' intensity to HAVE to watch the programme in the first place.

With his negotiation and haggling skills he might be able to work that on the judges to get a higher score

He played rugby ( Captain at uni and played for Lancs Under21s) also plays football, tennis and golf.
Plays violin and piano and has a pilot's licence .
He went to Ysgol Glantaf in Cardiff, as did Ioan Gruffudd ( sigh ) and Mathew Rhys
Has presented Welsh programmes for S4C .
Is he gay ? can't say , but why is it suggesated as a possibility ? He has appeared at the Cardiff Mardi Gras show , but then so have many others who are definitely not gay .
If it is the way he sounds ...I come from S Wales and that "Valleys Camp " accent is very common and means nothing in that sense . Bit unusual for Cardiff though whaich is far more Colin Jackson ...Kairdiff born and Kairdiff bred and when I die I'll be Kairdiff dead .

Totally agree Matt is soo Lush, looking forward to watching him strut his stuff, Gethin too and he is welsh woo, looking forward to Alesha and Matt, tbh I am looking forward to this series I think they will all surprise us one way or another. can not wait. I am loving Letitia and Darren happy about that

It may sound confusing but GMTV actually own the 6.00-9.25 slot so she works for GMTV not ITV where as Gabby did work for ITV. It is something like that anyway
After waiting a year and all this swapping channels business, I hope Gabby doesn't get booted at the first opportunity, because that will just be embarrassing

GMTV is a different company to the rest of ITV and quite independent, so I guess their employees are alot less restricted. Andrew Castle works for the BBC Tennis coverage every Summer. Disappointed he's not taking part.
