Does anyone know what's going on with the Vodafone website? For the last few days I haven't been able to check my itemisation because "the website's being upgraded" or something.

It's been like taht for the past 2 weeks for me, and to top it off they added a copy bill charge on my account becuase I told them I couldn't view it online
You shouldn't have been charged for a copy bill if you can normally see it online for free. Perhaps if you contact customer services and complain they will refund the cost. Are you sure it hasn't been charged and then refunded afterwards on your bill. They sometiomes work that way.
