Vodafone: Sorry, our website is being upgraded at the moment
Does anyone know what's going on with the Vodafone website? For the last few days I haven't been able to check my itemisation because "the website's being upgraded" or something.

Copy bill charges
You shouldn't have been charged for a copy bill if you can normally see it online for free. Perhaps if you contact customer services and complain they will refund the cost. Are you sure it hasn't been charged and then refunded afterwards on your bill. They sometiomes work that way.

it's been a couple of months for me too. it doesn't seem right that i can't see the itemisation but have to pay the bill.

We are aware that there are serious problems with online billing at the moment and our engineers are working to resolve it as rapidly as possible. For the time being, if you want to get in touch via email using the Online Contact Form on the Vodafone website, we will add free of charge paper billing to your account until the problem is resolved.
