Does anyone know what's going on with the Vodafone website? For the last few days I haven't been able to check my itemisation because "the website's being upgraded" or something.

It's been like taht for the past 2 weeks for me, and to top it off they added a copy bill charge on my account becuase I told them I couldn't view it online

You shouldn't have been charged for a copy bill if you can normally see it online for free. Perhaps if you contact customer services and complain they will refund the cost. Are you sure it hasn't been charged and then refunded afterwards on your bill. They sometiomes work that way.

We are aware that there are serious problems with online billing at the moment and our engineers are working to resolve it as rapidly as possible.

For the time being, if you want to get in touch via email using the Online Contact Form on the Vodafone website, we will add free of charge paper billing to your account until the problem is resolved. Just put FIT135 and a link to this thread anywhere in the body of the text.
