Does anyone please know the address to which contract cancellations should be sent for CPW O2 accounts?

I've obviously google'd and there was nothing on the CPW website (as you might expect). I have asked this previously within a different thread so apologies for the repetition.

Have you tried ringing CPW or visiting a store? Or even ringing o2?

I tried cancelling my partner's contract yesterday via the number on here for o2:

They offered an excellent retentions deal though, so she stayed.

Thanks all. I actually got a response to an email I sent them - the address as suggested by Ravster.

I would have been prepared to listen to retention offers if they hadn't p***ed me off my dropping me off the line when I was trying to cancel.

Long story short, I now have a pac code - came as a text message and I have had no other written correspondence (is this normal?!)

They are both excellent deals from what I can see. There is no chance of me getting such a good deal on a new connection!
