Truphone

I'm new to VoIP and just downloaded Truphone, which looks great.

The only question is, other than for calling my friends in Denmark currently for free, and phoning home from abroad, why would I want to use it?

That might sound like a silly question, but since I have enough free minutes and texts, what is the advantage?

primarilly, the ones youve mentioned, although data use abroad can work out much more expensive than a call.

right now, the calling abroad for free is the main driver and where data comes cheap, its a realistic alternative to phone calls.

My main use for it is at home. I get a very bad (if any) coverage in my house, so I divert my number to my truephone number so i can still make and receive calls when at home, over my broadband connection.
