We defo need that subforum FT, but no joy. Have asked twice, and it is still pending, as they say.
I think you may have to wait a while. While a Joseph sub-forum was quite quick in coming, a Doctor Who forum took two years of asking before one was given - and then, 90% of the posts on the Cult forum were DW threads..

According to the bbc she has cancelled an appearance on the show so may be it will be the next one.

Apparently she missed the results show this week, but will be back as normal next week.

It is the father George who has died - Olive died in 2004.

Ooops.

Must've been confused, as Marie mentioned her Mom's hairstyle after her QS this week.

BTW it was a bit much when Donny rushed up to give her a kiss.

Oh. I think DS Admin need an education in what's popular innit?!

quacka, I'm relying on you to to let us know when all these shows in America start, as I'm hoping to follow SYTYCD aswell, and the next DWTS too, as they have 2 series per year.

I said all this in the first email to Admin, it clearly fell on deaf ears.

Will do I believe season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance is airing over here in a couple of weeks (starting on about the 19th, don't have the sky mag to hand right now) - that's the latest one and is really good, if anyone didn't watch it when it aired in the US, watch it now, there are some amazing dance moments especially later on in the season.

Just over the moon that Derek stayed in this week. Loved him (and his hips!) dancing the rumba.
Mel and Maks (still not a fan) might win this. They are the strongest couple left.

mel and maks are irristable together, they have great chemistry, and work so well together. I'm enjoying them as much as jill and darren from SCD2. I loove Maks, wish he was on SCD, maybe next year they could bring him over, he's better than all the pros at SCD

Wasn't much of a fan of Jill and Darren either tbh.
I have to say I didn't like Mel much before she was on DWTS and her behaviour on the rehearsal footage bugs me. Still if she won it would be fair, she obviously can dance.
I think someone mentioned upthread this is Maks' last DWTS

Just watching the Results Show - Incredible routine by Julianne & Tony OMG at those unbelieveable lifts! Her one foot spins were amazing too, she's clearly had Ballet training. I wish they'd have just shown them dancing it was too good to cut away to the godawful singer.

WOW at Helio being 33! He seems so much younger and boyish.

Don't worry, I don't mind - I don't know the names that well anyway, have to keep checking on the DWTS website LOL!

Julianne was amazing in that routine with Tony. She just moves so effortlessly from position to postion. Wasn't long enough!!

So true. Would've loved to have seen them dance a whole routine, rather than 2 snippets with the singer.

But it was still staggeringly beautiful and breathtaking. Good on Tony for being such a storng partner.

BTW just reminded about something by mscaviy from the Julianne thread, I was wondering from the UK GOLD viewers if when you saw the TV coverage of the famous farting incident, you could hear it clearly and knew what happened? As there was a Fox News report that ABC had enhanced the sound effects of Marie fainting and added a thud when she hit her head on the floor to emphasise it.

I wondered if they did the same for Julianne......

I used to like Leanne Rimes but I could have done with them not focusing in on her so much and she didn't sound that good!

Julianne and Tony danced a similar style last series but I liked this one a lot more.

Jane on GMA the morning after

ET segment with Cameron, including clips of him modelling for Playgirl 10 years ago!!! (sorry doesn't do it for me).

ET with the Donny & Marie interview on the death of their Father, and Donny's backstage report at DWTS with Julianne saying she has no boyfriend atm

The Osmond's family story part 2

Awww, a lovely performance of Jane & Tony dancing the QS on the View. I knew those daft white rags lost the votes for her, she looks so much better in this nice green dress.

Actually I've just read Diane's comments after this video, and frankly, they're very tasteless and childish about Jane & Tony. How is it their fault that Sabrina was voted off? And how are they having a dig at her? Also Jennie's face was unremarkable when Jane got voted off, so what is there to lol at? I'm very confused. Really some people take this stuff way too seriously, and they seem to forget IT'S A PUBLIC VOTE!

Just saw Jane on the View. That is fantastic advert for dancing, loosing 22pounds and getting rid of her back problem. Amazing

A postscript to the weird method of the elimination this week, with the host saying that "it didn't necessarily mean that these 2 couples were in the bottom 2, but the one who is leaving did get the lowest number of combined votes".
It seems that Marie & Jonathan were the other couple in the bottom 2, but were excused due to the death of Marie's Father, so she was not in attendance at the Results Show, and they announced she had gotten through right at the beginning of the show, so couldn't have her as a bottom 2 couple, but just put Jennie & Derek there instead, hence "they were not necessarily in the bottom 2". A convuluted way of doing it, but there you go. They should've just spotlighted the last 3 couples and then said we are announcing the couple to leave this week rather than a bottom 2 and just announced Jane & Tony's names.

A great story all round, and a great contestant and a super pro.

Makes you wonder why some fans are being so vindictive to the both of them?

Really, some Sabrina Fans need to grow up.

Really? Didn't realize it gets as vicious as SCD. Pity.
She really can dance. Love their quickstep.
Do DWTS have Kate and Kenny equivalent as well?

Oh yes! Clive Drexler fits that description perfectly from season 4, a six foot 10 (or so) basketball player who danced the same whether it was a jive, quicktep, waltz or rumba.

Or try Billie Ray cyrus dancing to "I want my mullet back"

Does anyone have any thoughts on who they would like to see on DWTS in the future?

I'll submit Pat Benatar, an 80's rock chick. Anyone else?

Oooh that's a toughie....

How about John Boy Walton, or one of the Waltons. I loved all of them.

Photo Shoot for People Magazine, very cosy cosy together, and mention Mark's Band at the end

I sincerely hope this is all genuine and not just a publicity stunt. But I'm sure it is, and not a cynical exercise as some RT couplings have been over here.
