Orange Data
ooops
18-09-2007
Hey guys
As I have previously posted, I have lost my Vodafone staff deal and have now gone to Orange because they offered me an excellent deal (500 mins, 3000 text, insurance, free n95 on a 9 month contract@£47.50 per month.)

I have gone to use data on the N95 and am completely shocked by their data pricing - £8 a month for 30mb!!!
Voda is £7.50 a month for 120mb and T-Mobile are £7.50 for 2gb!!!

Why are they so uncompetitive?!

Three is £5 for up to 2 gig!

and the irony?

That includes Orange GPRS data as they are the backup network when outside of Three 3G areas!

For £5 you can get free evening and weekend data unlimited - thats only useful if those times are good though.

dont use it then.

The pricing has been in place for a good few months now, you knew what it was when you signed the contract, so more fool you if you didn't bother to check.
