I have always bought rechargebly batteries.

The ones I have used for a fair time don't seem to be holding the charge
Any advice on rechargebly batteries the ones I will be buying are the "fat" A batteries type

Any thoughts on buying a new battery charger

thanks

A good site.

With rechargeables try and use them fully then recharge them, don't just recharge them when they are half done.

And if it is an option, give them a 'slow charge' (e.g. 10 hours) once in a while to charge them up fully.

You may like to try these new hybrid type batteries that can be recharged, come already charged up when you buy them and can hold there charge for a year or more after charging.
