Changing Contracts

Hi,

Im after some advice - Im on an O2 contract, 500 mins/500texts for £20 a month (been with them a couple of years). This past year i have had such bad service from them (I wont go into details, its a long story) but suffice to say i was so annoyed with them i wanted out of the contract as soon as i can.

Looking around i think the tarrif im im right now is really good, and im in two minds - should i stay with them and risk it or switch?

Im thinking either T-mobile or Orange as their tarrifs seem the closest. I just wondered if anyone had any experience with the service on either of these two?

Thanks in advance

Its almost impossible to say, without knowing why you are leaving!
From a value for money point of view, you have quite a good deal. I have personally found T-Mobile's network to be good, but the customer service is nowhere near as good as O2 was. I changed network because of O2's outdated data charges.
