Help! Wot am I doing wrong?
I used to have a contract with T-Mobile, but a few weeks ago moved over to O2. I kept my old 3210i so unlocked it so I could use O2.
And I'm very happy until . . . I decided yesterday to buy a ringtone for my phone and went onto O2 and tried to download the ringtone but after I get the text and try to download I get the following message subscribe to GPRS first followed by Connection not available. ![]() Does anyone know firstly what GPRS is and why and how I should subscribe to it? How can I download a ringtune? Thanks I know someone out there in digispyland can help cos you've been so kind in helping me before!

3210 only supports basic wap.
ringtones were delivered over the GSM network at that time. |

I'm not sure there was a 3210i, its not by any chance a 3510i? If so you just need the O2 active settings sent to your phone. Either from the website, or by texting ACTIVE to 2020.

if you were on a differen't network before just go to the o2 website and get the relavent settings sent to your phone and make them default, should work, done it a few times before.
