T-Mobile Flext
Im not sure what's happened here but im confused and ned to look into it further.
About 7/8 month ago i signed upto T-Mobile Flext 18month, It was flext 20 as far as i know?, I have always had £34 allowence but the package i had was the £20 a month one but i got a discount each month off my bill which brought it down to £15 a month. The other £15 a month package had something like £24 or so allowence. So that was good for me. Now looking at the site. The £15 a month package has £34 allowence and £20 has £60 (which i thought i was on, but just a £5 discount so i got it for £15) Where am i getting confused here? I will get my paper bills out tomorrow, is there anything on the online account where i can look (if i need to and am just being stupid here )Thanks. |

Right i think i got it, I am on flext 20 and the bill comes to around £12.99 or something if i do not go over with the £5 discount,
Could i not go to flext 25 which with the £5 discount make it to £15 so i can get the bigger allowence or am i stuck here? I'm all confused so sorry, I need some sleep ![]() picture from this month picture from march |

I'm not sure what you are getting at, I think what you are saying is that when you look on the T-Mobile website the Flext plans are different to yours?
That is because they changed recently. You could phone them to see if you can change to the newer tariff. |

Ok so you are on a Flext 20 18month tarriff which costs £17.02 ex vat: inc vat is £20.00
You get a £5 discount, ex vat is £4.26, inc vat obviously £5.00...in total £17.02 - £4.26 = £12.76 with vat £15 So your getting Flext 20 (£34 allowance) for £15 a month...now your on the lowest Flext allowance on an 18mnth plan...what you could do is move to Flext 25 in which you would get it for £20 your original amt, still including the £5 credit! |

It is £5 discount, but your £5 discount is for the life of your contract iirc...I dont understand your point though Adam, can you reiterate what you are asking?

Im not asking anything now, I have figured out where i was going wrong.
My price plan is the £20 a month one and i get a £5 discount when i got it 6/7month ago. So i pay £15 a month for the £20 a month package. When i first looked at the website, It was offering my plan for £15 a month. Reading into it and ringing them up, The prices on the website also have the £5 discount, As it also says '£5 discount on all line rental' or something. So its clear now, Im not paying anything more/less because of changes and so on, |
