Well, it depends. I mean Mark Ramprakash came out first week at the top of the leaderboard and there was no doubt he had dance talents.

I think what worked for Mark was many people believed his partnership with Karen, so people liked to see more of them together, training, laughing, jesting and even fighting...

Looks like Alesha really gets along very well with Matt, always laughing at their own mistakes in their training. This will be their winning formulae if they continue with this kind of spirit.

Be competitive, but at the same time have fun and don't take yourself TOO seriously, aka Jan i-hope-you-are-happy Ravens...

I think the fact that she is a female contestant may count against her more.

Nah! The female audience will probably put Gabby and Kelly in hot soups more likely... Alesha is very disarming with her smile and hearty laugh... I like her. But then again, I am a man...

I'm really hoping that these two win. Alesha comes across as genuine and hardworking, with a wonderful smile and laugh; and for the men, stunning good looks too. Her partnership with Matt already seems to be working well, and people will want to see more of an upbeat pairing with a strong 'chemistry'. Matt is, of course, divine. I met him briefly a while back, and to borrow a term from another thread thud. He's a great dancer and so charming without pretension.
