Sorry if this has been asked before.

I have BT Together Option 3, and just ordered BT Broadband Option 3.

Now for the questions......

Will I get Just one bill for both?

Should I just register the Home Hub Phone with my DECT base connected to the POTS. All voice calls over pots. Leaving the broadband free for the internet.

Can I register my DECT phones to the home hub, and select which services I want to use when making a call... (I would want the default to be POTS but would like the option to make VOIP calls).

Will / does the home hub now support connections to a switch or hub? (read early reports they dont)

do home hubs now support one of the USB connections now beeing used as a Printer Server?

Again thanks for looking..

1. Yes, you will get a combined bill.

2. You can still use the 'net whilst using VOIP, and make calls on the POTS so register it to the Hub.

3. You can select if you want VOIP/POTS, but VOIP is default and I don't think this can be changed unless you turn off the VOIP feature in the Hub.

4. Yes, it does now.

5. It does, but I've heard it can be tempremental.

Thanks for the reply...

1. Combined bill is handy as might be able to get work to pay for it now....

2. I Understand I cna use the net, make VOIP calls and make calls using POSTS. Point I was aimin at was that as I have BT Together Option 3 all the calls on POTS are included anyway.. So I might as will stick to using that...

If I was to use VOIP, and mak a call during the day how would it be charged? at the rates set in Together Option 3? eg free ?

4. Great... !

5. Anyone got a "how to" or know of a site with them?

Agian thanks

You would have to purchase the BB Talk call package for anytime calls for daytime calls to be 'free', because it isn't included with your Together Option at the moment. So you are better off disabling the VOIP function in the Hub so all your calls are routed through the PSTN, as you said.
I'll have a look around for the link and get back to you.
