I can cope with the results being on Sunday, though I don't like it as result will be leaked, the bottom 2 and dance off negates the whole idea of voting for me.

Do they want to hand the entire show over to the judges?

More like X Factor, sounds crap.

I hate the results thing, I won't be able to remember the Dances!

And, won't they need two separate audiences for the dancing and the results.

Seems crap to me.

It's being recorded on the Sat but shown on the Sunday which is certainly crap.

So it is the same audience.

This kicked off in the TV forum, but the mods have moved it.

Why BBC ? Why They have to do this for shows like DWTS and American Idol in the USA because of the different time zones. As has already been posted whats the point in watching the results show when it`s been pre- recorded and the result announced in the Sunday papers.Unless the Beeb intend to lock the studio audience into TV center so know one will spill the beans

This is where having 4 judges doesn't work so well, they should have 3 or 5 ! (to get round it Len has the deciding vote) Also won't this put the mockers on any argy bargy (will Brendan still argue so much).

I think the viewers should have the power to choose.”

What-Oh great-I bet I know why this happened-remember the fiasco last year when Spoony, Ray went out and then Emma constantly in the bottom two.
It takes away the viewers having their say, the judges once again protecting their favourites

Brave move to move from both the BBC and ITV for putting them head to head because thats The X Factor where we find out who has made the live shows, and SCD usually marginally beats The X Factor.

Are you serious

A quick listen to Radio 1 will answer that question. See how many times the DJ tries to get people to text in during a 1 hour period. Its all about the money, and probably some job security for the DJ.

Yes the BBC do profit from phone votes unless stated otherwise.

SCD marginally beats X Factor on main show but hardly ever beat X Factor with the results show so maybe part of the reason they swapped to Sunday X factor will only clash on a sunday for the first week
