Yes, its an opinion - but quite an unnessacarily harsh one. The question is, if you spent a day or an hour in the company of Billie (and you got on quite well), would your opinion change?
And the even bigger question is - why do looks matter to you anyway? Its personality and talent that counts, yes? (Don't bother quoting this and saying she has neither because obviously she has, otherwise we wouldn't be talking about her would we)
