How to make mobile phone networks better

Post your ideas to make phone networks better (I'm talking functions really)

1. Gift Texts/Minutes - You know when your girlfriend/partner/friend etc run out of texts/minutes, well you would be able to gift them so many texts from your monthly allowance/calling credit/text pack by sending a text message to a special number like

gift texts 10 0777 012345 or
gift voice 20 0777 012345

I think its a good idea (like BT call minder - the free service which in the end makes BT alot of money) and would make the networks more money and keep people spending when they normally wouldnt

I have offten thought it would be good if a contract phone could top-up a PAYG phone. Vodafone do (or did) have it so you could send £X each mounth, which it not much use when usage can vary.
