After 2 years heavy usage, the remote for my 530 is starting to show signs of wear & tear.

I opened it up and found the rubber keypad seems to have lost some of the 'strips' that make the connection to tell the dvd recorder what to do. Some buttons have to be pressed down very hard to get them to work.

Thing is, does anyone know of a way round this apart from getting a new remote?

The rest of the remote is working fine.

If a new remote is the way to go, does anyone have info on where I should look to get one.
