LG42LC2DB Alarming !!!!

Hi guys,

Bought this TV yesterday and its great,only thing is ,if it is on say, AV1 (sky) and i turn sky off,this horrible alarm goes off saying no input,it can be turned down with volume but i nearly passed out yesterday with shock

looked at manal,nothing mentioned,has anybody else come across it before?

faulty scart maybe? or tv????

Strange it maybe a new thing for LG, it is an alarm & not just a loud buzzing noise .?

all flat panels would show a no-input sign but never heard of the alarm before, you may have to ring LG

Thanks for reply, i changed the scarts over,put av1 into av 2. Now working fine,dont know why.

But ok now(i hope!)

I have the same make of lg tv as you and sky told me to put the scart lead in av2 not 1 hope this helps
