When I go to bed, I naturally plug the phone in to charge, on my bedside cabinet. I probably don't even need to, what else am I going to do with it as I sleep?

Does 3 have a 14 day contract cancelation policy? so if i get my phone and there is no signal i can take it back within 14 days and get my contract cancelled?

Nope because you can't return it after it's been opened. That's one thing I asked.

Don't know exactly how you're meant to know it's defective if you haven't OPENED the thing though....

It's a pretty nasty policy. Shame Orange are adopting it too In this business, the others more often than not follow suit.

Yeah I know. It makes it hard to test it out if it works then return it if it doesn't because you've invalided the warranty

They told me to examine it, switch it on but NOT to put the sim card in. I did and could check out the phone, a N73.

What's to stop you putting in an unregistered PAYG?

Heard a radio announcement advising Three customers not to text the station as they were having network problems @ lunchtime today. Anyone else hear that one?
