I'll predict an early exit for Willie, he doesent have the fanbase Tarbuck does.

Stephanie was funny but at the moment I'm backing Kenny or Matt.

Kate Garraway came across very well aswell and Brendan and Kelly are gonna be ones to watch. But Brian and Aleasha are looking good to.

I didn't notice his training as found myself drooling. Not good when Mr B's on the sofa next to me!

A couple of times they hinted at the dance order being the same as last year. Looks like some of the girls are doing the Rumba in their first competitive week (at least Letitia is) and that's hard. It killed off poor Mica.

Great to have a look at them before the start of the competition this year.

My ones to watch our for are still Matt and Alesha. They seemed to be doing well and getting along quite nicely.

Stephanie is as great as I thought she would be

Stephanie seems like she is going to be FANTASTIC value! Very self-depreciating and the Gabby comment was brilliant.

Alesha and Matthew look like they are getting on very well and who I would defo put money on just now.

Ohmigosh, just realised how much I actually love SCD.

I spent the entire time giving my mum a running commentary of exactly what I thought of everyone (Brendan: "T*sser!" Kelly: "Nauseating!" Kate: "Love her" Gethin: "Marry Me!" Matt: "Isn't he the type of guy you want as a son?!" Dominic: "Aaah" etc )
and am SO looking forward to finally getting into something again on Saturday nights (I've had a bit of a hollow gap within me since Any Dream Will Do finished in June ).

The thing is, next Saturday night we are off out to see some friends of ours in a local performance that is, allegedly, brilliant. So, SCD is being recorded and watched back at the earliest oppurtunity.

The best bit was Dominic and Lilia's introduction, he knew who she was and she blatently had no clue who he was.

Matthew's hair looks better than photos suggested.

Think it's excellent. Great way to meet all the new contestants.

Hope we get it every year from now on.
They used to do a show like this on Gladiators before a new series started (or they did for the first few series) which would introduce you to new Gladiators and games, and it always worked well. Seemed to work well here too

Hello everyone. Oooh it's all pink in here.

I've never watched SCD before, but curiousity got me tonight so I checked it out. The pretty dancing ladies got me hooked.

Only caught the last 20 or so minutes of this programme, but from what I saw, I reckon Alesha/Mathew and Penny/Ian look as if they have that 'likeability' factor that was so overwhelmingly abundant in the Mark/Karen partnership last year (though I will admit to a hint of bias where Alesha is concerned - she is absolutely stunning - if only I was 10 years younger!!!).

I reckon these two pairings, and from what I have heard, possibly Kelly (though I don't particuarly like Brendan) , Gethin and Matt are the only other realistic contenders for the title.

I, of course, qualify my comments with the assumption they can all dance abit.

As for the rest, John/Nicole seemed to get on well so should be around for a number of weeks. But as for anyone over the age of 40, forget it!! If either Brian, Dominic, Stephanie, Willie or anyone else reaching for their zimmer frame reach the final let alone win, I'll lightly saute my underpants with a few fresh vegetables and wash it all down with a pint of vinegar???

Now, now ... Dominics hardly "reaching for his zimmer frame", is he?
