Hey all

Every year I always wonder whether Matt and Nicole are related or married? Its a unusual surname but I don't think people have ever said they were married/

On the preview show last night Nicole said something about her boyfriend which made me think they werent married!

Can someone clear this up for me please!

They were, but they divorced in 2003, and also ended their competitive partnership.

They divororced in 2003 but are still very good friends now.

Didn't they divorce because Matthew realised he was gay?

Only they know why they divorced and it's not really up to us to discuss it IMO. Some things are private.

Well said, shame they divorced, i love them both, they seem genuinely lovely people. Great that they are still good friends though.

No need to be sorry. They are great friends and non-competitive dance partners. Some DS members met them recently at The Oval - totally away from dancing and all this celebrity nonsense.

I met them at Move it in March are they really are the best of friends!!

no need to be sorry - I wasn't meaning to have a go! It's just that people speculate about their divorce and other things quite a lot on here and I don't think it is necessarily right to do so. Just my opinion, but as I said didn't mean to come across so bluntly

So glad they dance together again - even if it is just out of competitions. They seem to be great friends and lovely people!

There's no big deal about it, Matthew has happily talked about his boyfriend and likewise Nicole has said she's dating one of Ramps cricketing buddies.

Oooh I wonder who? I thought she was still dating Andrew, the dancer, I'm so out of the loop!

I hope she's not with us cos she's busy following Lewis Hamilton with the F1 tour around the world.
