I am delighted that Sable Colby, a.k.a. Stephanie Beacham, is to be on. She is the biggest Hollywood name that we are likely to get on this show. Whatever her dancing ability, I think she will be giving all the other ladies, celebrity and professional, a lesson in glamour, dress sense, poise and personality - and all, incredibly, at the age of 60! Incidentally, for anyone who would like to see her first TV series "Tenko", by an amazing coincidence it is to be repeated this week on the UKTV History channel (Freeview Channel 12) starting Monday 1st October at 10am.

Bob it was great to see her last and she certainly made a great impression - I want to see the French and Saunders sketch in which Stephanie played a woman who claimed that Elvis was the father of her son She was brilliant in it - and certainly F&S reckon she was one of the funniest people they had ever worked with Stephanie rocks!

Did Gabby tell people of this talentat the press conference or do you think she actually said it in conversation? Either way Stephanie was not impressed - get the impression she will put up with any nonsense

At a guess I reckon she said it to the girls and then showed off in the photo shoot.

Great line Steph-just put her in her place with one put-down

For sixty she does look rather special, if she has had any nipped or tucked I want the name of the surgeon for future reference.

I think Stephanie's fab. Funny and classy.

There's an old interview with her on YouTube, from Wogan. Funny!

(obsessive fan mode)I'm just glad she's back on TV! (/obsessive fan mode)
I'm backing her 100%, and it probably sounds incredibly weird actually as most girls my age are probably backing Matt Di Angelo.
She's going to be so entertaining! She was hilarious on the documentary thing.

I just watched her
Spoiler
in Tenko last night as Rose
Spoiler
(Sky+d them all while I was on my course & watched a marathon 5 episodes back to back ).
Can't wait to see her dancing; I'm expecting some great witty comments in the VT's & hopefully on ITT. She is so fantastic for 60 - lbh she started off with good genetics but she's obviously looked after herself with all that Hollywood know-how. I wonder if she's had any work? If she has it's not obvious & very well done.

I don't think she has had any work as her neck and face are refreshingly wrinkled. She doesn't have that cats eye look either.

Her decollete was magnificent for a woman of her age.
